Attendees will then have the opportunity to be transported to the wild, wild west and explore Fort Worth or spend the evening with friends.
Saturday morning begins just like Friday with hands-on workshops and another robust day of sessions. The first general session of the day will be honoring the animal hospice and palliative care graduates for their accomplishments. A delicious buffet of Texas style nosh will be served before the powerful keynote speaker, Professor Temple Grandin, takes the stage. Attendees will end their evening by participating in a book-signing event with Grandin.
Sunday wraps up the 2023 Paving the Way Conference. Lectures will be held during the morning, with the final presentation being the annual State of the IAAHPC. The Advanced Euthanasia Training Workshop rounds out the afternoon activity.
