Medical knowledge is only one piece of the puzzle in a successful veterinary career. Beyond the exam room, the surgical suite and the hours studying the latest research, the challenges facing veterinary professionals include running a business, collaborating with a team and finding purpose in daily work.
The American Animal Hospital Association (AAHA) has partnered with Zoetis to design an enlightening, blended learning experience for every member of the veterinary team who wants to gain hands-on skills, including client communications, overcoming professional challenges and caring for your own wellbeing.
This FREE workshop is open to all practices, including those not accredited by AAHA, and veterinary professionals. Attendees will leave with tangible, evidence-based practices for enabling the best in the people they lead.
The workshop conveys three hours of RACE-approved continuing education hours, which are approved by the Veterinary Hospital Managers Association to meet Certified Veterinary Practice Manager CE requirements.
All workshops take place through Zoom on Saturday from 9 am - 12 pm Mountain Time, and the first workshop will take place Oct. 15. Additional workshop dates in 2022 are Nov. 19 and Dec. 10. In 2023, the AAHA will host the workshop Jan. 21 and Feb. 11.
