Veritas acquires duo of practices, one each in CO an CA

Emergency and specialty veterinary care provider network, Veritas Veterinary Partners, has acquired two new practices. The pair will add to the network’s offerings and begin its foray in Colorado and California.
Details of the acquisition were not shared, however, the deal included purchase of two practices: Pet Emergency & Specialty Center of Marin (PESCM) in North Bay, California, and Wheat Ridge Animal Hospital in Greater Denver, Colorado.

Both hospitals are highly regarded for their exceptional dedication to patient care, and we look forward to a collaborative partnership with their teams.”
By working with Veritas, veterinary facilities will have access to a countrywide recruiting network, greater resources for partners, continuing education opportunities, higher compensation and benefits, equity opportunity and capital, and access to funding for equipment and facilities.
