Monroe Capital Supports Growth of Alpine Investors’ Antelope Pet
Monroe Capital LLC (“Monroe”) announced it acted as sole lead arranger and administrative agent on the funding of a senior credit facility to support the growth of Antelope Pet (“Antelope”) by private equity sponsor Alpine Investors.
Founded in 2021 and headquartered in San Francisco, CA, Antelope is a provider of all-natural pet care products including treats, dental products, health supplements and fresh food with a focus on healthy, limited ingredients. Through their buy-and-build strategy, Antelope seeks to transform the pet industry by identifying and acquiring the highest-quality natural pet consumable brands and nurturing their growth.
