ReadiVet Appoints New CEO to Lead its Growing Concierge Veterinary Care Services
ReadiVet is pleased to announce that healthcare brand strategist, Gabrielle Hannafan, has been appointed Chief Executive Officer. Founded in 2019, ReadiVet is a concierge veterinary company with operations in Dallas and Nashville. Gabrielle leads a team of nearly 40 veterinarians, veterinary technicians and support staff who provide more than 85% of veterinary care in the comfort and convenience of a pet owner’s home.
From mobile groomers to pet transportation, consumer demand for at-home pet services is expected to become a 1.4-billion-dollar industry over the next decade. At-home veterinary care is a part of the trend to simplify how people access premium pet-centered services, especially for owners who are seeking alternatives that cater to their dog and cats’ unique needs.
“From anxious pets to time-consuming care coordination, there is a growing number of pet owners who struggle with getting their dog or cat to the vet,” said Gabrielle. “We understand the special relationship people have with their pets and the importance they place on pet health, which is why ReadiVet has designed a more convenient and low stress care experience that pets need and their owners love.”
Over the last six years, ReadiVet has cared for nearly 14,000 pets in more than 7,000 Dallas homes across Uptown, the Park Cities, Lakewood and Plano. The company opened its first urgent care in December of 2024, operating in concert with its mobile services in Uptown Dallas. ReadiVet’s Nashville clinic, which opened in 2022, delivers care to more than 2,000 pets and is conveniently located in the city’s Hillsboro West-End district so it can easily reach Belle Meade, West Meade, HWEN and Green Hills, while also serving clients in East Nashville, Brentwood and Franklin.

Gabrielle joined ReadiVet in 2023 as the organization’s Chief Marketing Officer after spending more than a decade overseeing marketing and communications for Sarah Cannon Research Institute (SCRI), in partnership with HCA Healthcare’s and McKesson’s network of community-based oncology practices. From investor relations to brand development and business operations, her career spans two decades of work within the Nashville healthcare community.
