Bond Vet Surpasses One Million Pet Visits, Marking Major Milestone in Expanding Access to Veterinary Care

Bond Vet, a 50 clinic veterinary care company known for modernizing and elevating the pet healthcare experience, today announced that it has surpassed 1,000,000 pet visits, providing care to more than 440,000 pets since the company’s founding.

The milestone reflects Bond Vet’s continued growth and its mission to make veterinary care more accessible, compassionate, and convenient for pets and the people who love them.

“Reaching one million visits is an incredible milestone, but what it truly represents are the moments when pets needed care and pet parents trusted our teams to provide it,” said Joseph Altobelli, President of Bond Vet. “We’re proud of the impact our veterinarians, nurses, and clinic teams have made for hundreds of thousands of pets and their families.”

“Every visit represents an opportunity to support the health and well-being of a pet and the bond they share with their family,” said Dr. Renee McDougall, Chief Veterinary Officer at Bond Vet. “Our teams are deeply committed to practicing thoughtful, evidence-based medicine while making the veterinary experience as supportive and accessible as possible for pet parents. Reaching one million visits is a testament to the trust our clients place in us and to the incredible collaboration across our medical teams.”

Since opening its first clinic, Bond Vet has focused on reimagining the veterinary care experience while supporting veterinary professionals and the communities they serve. Along the way, the company has achieved several notable milestones:

  • Industry-leading client satisfaction, with scores exceeding 90, compared to an industry average of approximately 35
  • Expanded access to veterinary care through clinics open seven days a week with extended evening hours, ensuring care is available when pet parents need it most
  • Recognition by Newsweek as one of America’s Best Animal Hospitals
  • Named by Forbes as one of America’s Best Startup Employers
  • Awarded the WUF (With Your Forever) “Best Pet Workplace” distinction
  • Hosted hundreds of community events supporting pets and pet parents
  • Provided continuing education and training for more than 1,000 veterinary professionals across the industry
  • Many Bond Vet veterinarians have also been recognized by local publications and community organizations for their leadership and service.
  • Bond Vet clinics have also been featured in popular media, including appearances on HBO’s And Just Like That, Live with Kelly and Mark, and CBS News, as Bond Vet continues to build a trusted and recognizable brand for pet care

While the company celebrates the milestone, Bond Vet leaders say the true significance lies in the people behind the care.

“Our veterinarians, nurses, clinic teams, and support staff show up every day with compassion and dedication to care for pets and support the families who love them. We’re incredibly grateful to them and to the pet parents who trust us with their pets,” Altobelli said.

With one million visits now behind it, Bond Vet continues to focus on expanding access to high-quality veterinary care while investing in the people who make it possible.

One million visits. Hundreds of thousands of pets helped. And countless tails wagging.
