Bond Vet “Giving Back” Initiative Strengthens Local Communities, Supporting 75+ Programs Nationwide in 2025

Bond Vet, the modern veterinary clinic built to strengthen the human–animal bond, is deepening its roots in the communities it serves by sponsoring more than 75 local events and partnerships this year. From neighborhood street fairs to school plays and fundraisers, Bond Vet continues to show up where pet parents live, work, and play — fostering connection and care beyond the clinic walls.

This year alone, Bond Vet has partnered with local PTAs, libraries, schools, and youth sports teams, underscoring its commitment to being more than a veterinary provider — but a true community partner. Sponsorships have supported initiatives such as library reading programs, school wellness fairs, pet-friendly park events, and little league baseball teams across the Northeast.

“Community is at the heart of everything we do,” said Joseph Altobelli, President of Bond Vet. “Our clinics are built to serve pets and the people who love them — and that means showing up outside our exam rooms to support the neighborhoods that support us.”

Throughout 2025, Bond Vet teams have attended and sponsored events that bring pet owners together, including:

  • Sit Stay Read at the Music Box Theatre (Chicago, IL) – Supporting literacy programs that pair children with therapy dogs for reading sessions.
  • PAWS Chicago 5K (Chicago, IL) – Encouraging pet wellness and adoption with team participation and race-day activations.
  • Riverside Park Conservancy (New York, NY) – Proud official sponsor supporting ongoing park programming and pet-friendly initiatives.
  • Evolve Pink’s Strides of Strength Walk, (Flemington, NJ) an inspiring event that empowers women affected by breast cancer.
  • Fairfax Fall Festival (Fairfax, VA) – Engaging families with fall-themed activities, pet treats, and on-site education from Bond Vet clinicians.
  • Fall-a-Palooza (Jersey City, NJ) – Joining the community celebration with pet-friendly activities, team meet-and-greets, and seasonal giveaways.
  • Assembly Row Fest (Somerville, MA) – Partnering with the local community at one of Greater Boston’s most popular outdoor festivals.
  • Tompkins Square Park Halloween Parade (New York, NY) – Celebrating the city’s most iconic pet costume parade with giveaways, photo ops, and treats.

These efforts are part of Bond Vet’s ongoing mission to make veterinary care more accessible, supportive, and community-driven. Whether through local sponsorships or direct partnerships with schools and libraries, Bond Vet remains dedicated to strengthening the bond between pets, people, and the places they call home.
