Virtual and in-office vet care company buys vet information website

Virtual and in-person veterinary service, OneVet, has acquired Veterinarians.org, a website platform for pet owners to find veterinary care information. The combined companies will expand the reach of veterinary treatment and make access easier and less costly.

"We are excited to bring Veterinarians.org into the Vet Team so we can continue our mission of making veterinary care cheaper and more accessible,” said Erik Rivera, chief executive officer of One Vet.

OneVet will bring its experienced clinical practice teams to the partnership as well as its commitment to offering care in various forms. The company has an in-veterinary office option as well as access online and is available 24 hours a day 7 days a week. Pet owners can even reach out for a quick question. The website, Veterinarians.org is a free resource for current pet health information.
