The Edra Group has acquired Life Animal Health, a move that will strengthen Edra’s leading position in veterinary communication solutions and support the development of the companies' business strategy in animal health and welfare.
With this union, Edra continues to consolidate its leading position in the veterinary sector as a provider of technical and scientific content, while strengthening its communications presence. This acquisition demonstrates Edra's continued commitment to expanding its activities in the French market, which is of major strategic importance.
Valérie Vouligny, founder of Life AH, considers this integration, made possible thanks to the collaboration with Levoya, not only as a necessity for the development of the company but also for the opportunity it will bring in the animal health realm.
