VetCor, a portfolio company of funds managed by Harvest Partners, LP and Cressey & Company LP, announced in a news release that it has acquired People, Pets & Vets, a leading veterinary services company with over 150 animal hospitals located throughout the U.S.
Founded in 1992, People, Pets & Vets operates animal hospitals throughout the western and southern U.S. Each hospital provides a range of general practice services and strives to make a positive impact in their communities.
Dan Adams, chief executive officer at VetCor, said that People, Pets & Vets have rapidly developed the founding practice group into an impressive national network.
Chris Strong, chief executive officer of People, Pets & Vets, said the news partnership will further the company’s mission to enhance the health and well-being of pets and their people.
